In the February issue of W Magazine, you'll find Kristen Stewart posing ever-so-nonchalantly, proving that she's one megastar who will always stay true to herself. With her barely-brushed hair, pale complexion, smudgy eye makeup and total disregard for conventional glamour, the star lounged sullenly in a strapless Isabel Marant dress, emoting a blank stare for the camera and looking...well, pretty exhausted. And while some have criticized the questionable photos saying Stewart looks sickly, frail or downright disheveled (another printed image in the magazine shows the star wearing a tattered white T-shirt with holes in it), we're pretty sure it's just another day at work for the edgy actress. The Spring Preview issue of V magazine has Kristen Stewart rocking one hell of a sexy, smudgy, glossy eye, courtesy of beauty superstar Aaron De Mey. There must be something in the air/water/zeitgeist. Before continuing the press tour for “On The Road” on the East Coast last week, earlier this month Kristen Stewart sat down to chat about her film work and life in the public eye as a guest on “The Tavis Smiley Show”. The 22-year-old wore a very conservative outfit, which consisted of a pale blue button-down Christian Dior shirt that she partnered with a pair of slim black A.L.C. trousers, from the Spring/Summer 2013 collection. Funny enough, I had actually included these very same trousers on a recent wish list of mine for Kristen. Kristen left her hair out in loose waves before simply finishing off the look with her favorite Cartier white gold “Juste Un Clou” nail bangle and black suede and leather cap toe oxford ankle booties by Barbara Bui. These are the same shoes that she wore to a private screening of the film a few weeks ago. David Cronenberg says Robert Pattinson surprises him as an actor, just like Viggo Mortensen. Many wondered if how “Twilight” star Robert Pattinson and director David Cronenberg would mesh, particularly on a project as talky as “Cosmpolis,” which requires a confident and compelling leading man. But as it turns out, Cronenberg had a great time working with the young actor and has nothing but praise for the rising star. “I really think he’s a terrific actor. He’s extremely inventive. He surprised me every day on ‘Cosmopolis’ with the nuances and things that he did which were unexpected. Of course I was very familiar with the dialogue and yet he would surprise me,” Cronenberg enthused. “And I thought, this is a guy who I would like to work with some more, which is how I felt with Viggo Mortensen. When you find an actor who surprises you everyday, you figure, he could do it some more with a completely different role in a completely different movie.” Read the rest of the interview at
